Hotel Resurs is a friendly, family, non-smoking four-star hotel in Podgorica equipped with the highest quality equipment in a quiet and green apartment building. The hotel offers you 21 double and 6 single rooms with a rich breakfast buffet.

Resource is a hotel with parking that is secured by a gate and video surveillance and is free for hotel guests.

In the new and modern building, all rooms are soundproofed, bright, comfortably equipped with comfortable beds and many other facilities that guarantee a pleasant stay.

For a good start, we offer you a tasty and plentiful Buffet breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00. According to your needs, it is possible to adapt the restaurant for meetings, workshops or seminars for up to 20 participants.

For hotel guests who come with their vehicle, we have provided 15 well-maintained parking spaces under 24-hour video surveillance.

The bathroom

All the elements of the bathroom contribute to your comfort. Modern shower rooms, modern toilets and washbasins, towel dryers, hairdryers as well as other facilities that make your stay more enjoyable are available.

General terms

Payment and cancellation
  • Payment can be made by cash, to the hotel’s account by credit card authorization or by credit card.
  • In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, the costs are not charged.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the stay.
  • In the event of NO SHOW, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
The price of accommodation includes the following hotel services and facilities:

  • High speed wireless internet in all rooms and public areas
City tax and insurance are calculated additionally:
  • 1.50 EUR per person daily for adults,
  • 0.90 EUR per person daily for children 12-18 years old,
  • 0.60 EUR per person daily for children 2-12 years old
Special conditions:
  • Children up to 7 years do not pay for accommodation.
  • For children up to 2 years, a cot is provided, on request, without an additional charge.
Hotel Policy

  • Check-out: till 11:00 a.m.
  • Surcharge for late check-out (up to 18 h) is up to 50% (on room rate).
